چکیده
Within the perspective of current and future space missions, detection separation building blocks such as amino acids are important subjects which becoming fundamental in search for origin life traces solar system. In this work, we have developed optimized a strategy adapted to experimentation detect presence acid-like compounds using gas chromatography coupled mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Selected derivatization methods meet instrument design constraints imposed on situ extraterrestrial experiments. Coupled fast selective extraction, GC analysis would be highly efficient organic materials. future, corresponding GC-MS TIC could facilitate simple selection sediments/dust samples onboard GC-MS-equipped rovers sample return-to-Earth missions.

greater than the response of similarly treated blanks at the 5-gg level and 400 times greater than the response of methanol to flame ionization detection (1 ,5 ) . The compound in which the methanol is to be determined, must be somewhat water soluble. Complete dissolution of the sample weight taken in the 1-ml water-urea mixture used is necessary to free the methanol for subsequent reaction. Ac...
متن کاملGas chromatography to determine amino acids in serum
Amino acid analysis forms the basis for much of what is known about protein function and nutrition. The diverse chemistry of amino acids makes fast, accurate quantification of all amino acids challenging. Moreover, analyses of amino acids in physiological samples are further complicated by the increased number of compounds that must be separated. Gas chromatographic techniques have played an im...
متن کاملHigh sensitivity quantitative lipidomics analysis of fatty acids in biological samples by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
Historically considered to be simple membrane components serving as structural elements and energy storing entities, fatty acids are now increasingly recognized as potent signaling molecules involved in many metabolic processes. Quantitative determination of fatty acids and exploration of fatty acid profiles have become common place in lipid analysis. We present here a reliable and sensitive me...
متن کاملAmino acids in the Martian meteorite Nakhla.
A suite of protein and nonprotein amino acids were detected with high-performance liquid chromatography in the water- and acid-soluble components of an interior fragment of the Martian meteorite Nakhla, which fell in Egypt in 1911. Aspartic and glutamic acids, glycine, alanine, beta-alanine, and gamma-amino-n-butyric acid (gamma-ABA) were the most abundant amino acids detected and were found pr...
